an album made of local ambience, percussions and sounds from the island life and modern instruments. Their frontman, Ahmed Nashid referred to in the media as the “the man who revolutionized the modern-day Maldivian music” set his focus on the second album, Island Pulse recorded in France which

  earned a record as the most performed arts of the modern Maldivian tunes. The album takes one on a smooth sail through the atolls and island of Maldives. Having performed live at the awarding ceremony at Madison Square Garden, Nashid has gained a reputation for having created his own unique genre of ‘island blues’ that have won him accolades all over.
