Soulmate (Shillong) released their debut album entitled “SHILLONG” which was voted in 2005 as the #1 Indian Original Album in the Blues/ Rock category.

The album is a tribute to love in its different forms as well as being a tip of the hat to their hometown. Their music features regularly on World Space Radio. The band has performed almost all over India playing numerous gigs in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Goa, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Kalimpong,		Mizoram,Nagaland,Assam and here in Shillong,as well as at the International Jazzmandu Festival in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2004 and 2005. They are regular performers at The HAZE Blues Bar in Delhi and are also members of the Blues Club of India. The band, through the years has gone from strength to strength and has made quite a name for itself in the club circuits especially in Delhi, Mumbai and Goa.
